MUST SUBMIT FOLLOWING WITH APPLICATION & FEE:

Existing Accessory (pool, shed, gazebo, etc.) – copy of survey or sketch of property showing location of existing structure with measurements to all property lines and house (must be 10 feet from all property lines, 15 feet from house and not permitted in front yard), a brochure or picture and electrical certification (if applicable).  Any accessory that has footings must have one footing exposed for final inspection.

Existing Deck – copy of survey or sketch of property showing where deck was added to house.  One footing must be exposed for final inspection.

Existing Alterations/Renovations – a narrative of what work was done, supplies used and an electrical certification (if applicable).  If structural work was done, a letter from a NYS licensed engineer stating work is structurally sound may be required.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  It is the owner/applicant’s responsibility to submit proper paperwork, schedule inspections and re-inspections (if necessary) and to properly close out the permit.  A building permit expires one year from the issue date.  There will be a $75.00 fee to close out and issue a CO or CC for an expired permit.
